CHEF DE PARTIE
Scott studied at the Institute of Culinary Arts just outside of Stellenbosch where he did internships at Bread and Wine, Foliage and the Demo Kitchen. He also specialised in food media and communication in his third year at ICA. He loves foraging for local produces, skateboarding and baking.
Born in Dundee Scotland, Dave started his training as a chef at the Playwright Restaurant in his home town before moving Edinburgh to work at the Michelin star Castle Terrace Restaurant. In his space time he loves reading and playing guitar.
